Helping you plan your maintenance

You will be given a full set of Operations and Maintenance manuals, also called the building manuals, from the contractor. A full electronic set of these can also be found under your property information in My MedicX.

The Operations and Maintenance manuals contain all the information regarding the construction of your building, who installed what, the Health & Safety file, copies of the drawings and information regarding the building maintenance and how it operates. The manuals need to be kept at the property for reference by anyone carrying out work at the premises.

You will need to familiarise yourself with the contents of the manuals, to ensure that the correct maintenance is carried out as recommended by the manufacturer.
